Information you provide
When you ask for service or an estimate, Shobu’s may collect the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code, property type, system type, and details about the work. If photo upload is enabled, submitted photos may also be included with your request.
How the information is used
Shobu’s uses this information to review your request, contact you, schedule or prepare service, maintain customer and job records, and improve the intake process. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling, customer records, and business operations.
Do not submit payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through these forms. Invoice payments are handled through the payment instructions provided with the invoice, not through this website.
Calls, texts, and email
By checking the consent box and submitting a request, you agree that Shobu’s may contact you by phone, text, or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent does not confirm an appointment, price, or arrival time. Tell Shobu’s if you no longer want text or email messages about the request.
Website measurement
The website may record limited technical and interaction information, such as the page viewed, broad page category, action selected, button location, device class, and time, to understand whether the site is working. Each event receives a temporary delivery identifier; the site does not use it to recognize a person across visits. Measurement events are designed not to include form contents, contact details, page query strings, referring-page information, cookies, or persistent cross-visit identifiers. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the site does not send these optional measurement events.
Retention and protection
Shobu’s keeps request and customer records only as reasonably needed for service, business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for people requesting property or business services and is not directed to children under 13.
